Chapter 13

Chapter 13 Journal

Think about the power of the Philosopher’s Stone and how having one would affect your life. If you were immortal, what would life be like? If you owned an object that could turn metal into gold, how would your life be different? In your journal, identify at least 1 pro and 1 con of owning the Philospher’s Stone

If i was an immortal, things would be very interesting, yet it would be boring. Living forever isn't something i would like to experience. But i would try and probably get the best education and become rich. I'd live on a low-profile to keep my identity secrete but own a business that is organized and have it set also on a low-profile (example, the Rothschild's). If i owned an object that could turn metal into gold i would touch everything in sight and make millions, it would change my life, because i would be extremely rich. With the gold and metal, along with my everlasting life. I would be a ritch, greedy person. Tempted to make more and more. Living forever and having all the money in the world will not help me become a better person. One pro to own the Philosopher's stone would be the wealth in the Philosopher's stone and being immortal. One con, being immortal can be boring. I'd rather live my life and die old.
